The rooms at Hotel Balaguer are really comfortable and cozy. They have wooden floors and a flat-screen TV, which is perfect for some relaxation after a long day of exploring. The air-conditioning and soundproofing add to the overall comfort of the room. The private bathroom is clean and includes a hairdryer and toiletries, so you don't have to worry about bringing your own.
Personally, I'm not a fan of the soundproofing in the rooms. I understand that it's meant to keep out noise, but I prefer to hear the hustle and bustle of the city outside.

Centrally located next to the charming Pont Nou Bridge, Hotel Balaguer offered a delightful surprise during my stay. As I entered the air-conditioned room with its wooden floors and flat-screen TV, I couldn't help but feel like I was stepping into a cozy cabin in the woods. The private bathroom, complete with toiletries and a hairdryer, provided a touch of luxury. However, what truly stole the show was the homemade cuisine served in the hotel restaurant. Each meal was a culinary adventure that satisfied my taste buds and left me craving for more.

Great location with beautiful views of the river. the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff, although limited in English, were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's location, being close to the downtown area and within walking distance of various attractions and restaurants.
Parking was a bit of a hassle, as there wasn't secure car parking available. We had to find our own spot on the street, which could be difficult at times.

This hotel is located right in the center of the town, close to the town centre and not far from all the restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and some even offer a lovely view of the river. The staff is helpful, providing excellent service despite minimal English. Additionally, the price is very reasonable for a young couple, offering good value for money.
The hotel does not offer secure car parking, which can be a hassle. Guests have to find their own spot on the street, which may be a concern as other cars park roughly and can cause damage.

The hotel was mind-blowingly clean and super close to downtown. The staff, although minimal English, were jaw-droppingly helpful. The price was unbelievably reasonable for us young couples. The location by the river and the many sun-soaked terraces made it a truly enjoyable stay. The spacious room with a bath was a pleasant surprise. The big garage was worth the small fee. The view from our room over the river was simply breathtaking. Good value all around.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the beautiful town of Balaguer. The location was perfect, with stunning views over the river. Our room was spacious and had a luxurious bath. The price we paid was incredibly cheap for the quality we received. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value and comfortable accommodations.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, with easy access to all the best restaurants and just a short walk from the vibrant river. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern bathrooms and great views of the surrounding area. The friendly staff provide excellent service and the breakfast is delicious, offering a variety of options to satisfy every taste.
It is disappointing that the staff have limited English language skills, which may pose a challenge for non-Spanish speakers who have complex requests or questions.

Great location, free Wi-Fi, but who needs secure car parking when you can park on the street and have a heart attack every time another car comes too close?
Amazing view of the river from our room, but unfortunately, the secure car parking turned out to be a death trap for my rental car. Lesson learned: park on the street and pray.
